DIMENSIONS & SPECIFICATIONS
• Approximately Width 12cm x Height 37 cm x Depth 7cm (W 5.5″ x H 14.5″ x D 5″)
• This soft doll is handmade in Waldorf Style to look like the picture you send us.
• We use a natural canvas for the skin and can create dolls with darker skin tones.
• We can create dolls from children's drawings or superhero characters.
• We create dolls for children or adults.
• The body parts are firmly fixed together for safety and action play.
• We use different types of wool for the hair. It's soft & fixed one by one to the head of the Rag Doll.
• We embroider the eyes and lips with cotton threads or use water-based dyes, depending on the doll.
• In the personalization box under the drop-down menu, please write eyes and hair color.
• Don't forget to include your phone number for shipping.
• Once your order goes through, send us a message through ETSY with a picture of yourself or your loved one.

HOW TO ORDER
• If you want to purchase just the doll and one outfit, please choose the "Waldorf Doll" option.
• If you're going to buy extra clothes, please select the "Doll + 2nd Outfit" option.
• Please specify hair and eye color in the "Personalization Box"
• Add your phone number so the courier can contact you for delivery.
• After you purchase, send a photo of your loved one via Etsy Message with the "attach an image" option.

• Supervise children under five and remove any small parts of the doll. You may also write me about the child's age, and we will avoid using small pieces like buttons.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• The doll and all clothes are hand washable.
• To spot-clean your doll, rub the soiled area with a lukewarm wet cloth and mild soap. Rinse with a clean damp cloth. If washing a small area, air dry or blow dry with a cool hair dryer to avoid leaving a spot.
• To wash your doll, you can wash your doll as you would wash a wool sweater with a good soak in mild soap and cool water and then spot rubbing. Rinse all soap out. Take care to reshape the doll with your hands after the water is squeezed out. Wrap it in a towel for a bit and air dry.
• Please DO NOT use any bleach.

• We craft the dolls after you make an order - please allow 7-10 days for your order to be handmade by our talented women and relax with a glass of hot chocolate :)
• Our estimated delivery to most countries is 3 to 5 days. Please see the shipping details on the listing for your country. For counties with a slower delivery estimate, we offer expedited shipping options.

IMPORTANT NOTES
• As you know, all the dolls are handmade, so there can be some minor flaws as a part of the handmade charm.
• Doll color may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting sources.
